All too often we hear the complaints and grumblings of
people who are unhappy with this or that. Not only is it unproductive
it's contagious - one bad customer service story begets another.
Stop
it! Choose to be the "Positive Pete or Patty," as it where. Make
it your mandate to tell at least one great service story a week. Refer a
business you thought provided you with a great product or
service. Spread the "good" word instead of the "gloomy"
word. Not only will you feel better but the companies you're
referring will most certainly appreciate it!
